How long are the online classes?

30 minutes. Best You is all about convenience and eliminating excuses.

I always start a program, but I can never keep going. Why?

Changing your choices and habits with food and exercise is REALLY hard!! Most people need someone to hold them accountable, coach them and support them. Also, everyone is different. We figure out where you are at, and work from there.

I have not worked out before, which is the right program for me?

Every member starts out with a free consultation so we can understand exactly what you are looking for. Best You offers different options both in-person and virtually, so we will find the best fit! The program selection will depend on your goals, your history, your current activity level, your preferences and your lifestyle.

I have tried every diet. I either lose weight and then gain in back or I don’t lose any weight at all. How are you different?

Best You doesn’t coach with diets. Given Jenny’s education, the focus on the mindset, how we view food and our relationship with food is the focus. We look at the food you eat, the time you eat it and emotional eating. Coaching is personalized and we start from where you are at.

My life is really busy and I don’t have time for exercise.

Life is busy. But you are important! When you start, we connect with you to find out about your life, and the best way we can fit exercise in. Regardless of the program you choose, we work with you to make sure you are finding time and we help you stay on track.

What if everyone is more fit than me?

This program is great for anyone that hasn’t exercised in years, months or someone who is currently active. Regardless if you are part of the personal training or small group training, your workout will be personalized to you and your activity level! We have members who have been with Best You for years, and brand new members!

What kind of equipment do I need for the online program?

You don’t need anything! We modify your options based on what you have available to you at home.

Do I need my computer or can I use my phone to participate in the online classes?

Either will work. The most important thing is that the coach can see you so she can provide feedback on your technique and keep you motivated throughout the workout.

How do I join the online program?

Every member starts with a free consultation. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, talk about your goals and what you would like to achieve. From there, the sign-up is done easily through an online link.

Can I cancel if I sign up and no longer want to continue in the program?

When you sign up, you have 3 options, a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month commitment. If you find the program isn’t working for you, we do have a cancellation policy.

How do I pay for the programs?

You can pay with credit card or etransfer.

If I have an injury, can I still do your programs?

Absolutely, that is one of the best things about the program! Whether you are in the personal training or the small group program, you will receive options if you have an injury. It is very important to all of the coaches that you receive a great workout regardless of injuries or limitations.

Do I need a spin bike to do the spin classes?

You can use a spin bike, a bike trainer, a treadmill, an elliptical or you can walk/run outside!
